You can get started with their free plan. It allows sending up to 300 emails every day. If you want more features, you can sign up for their premium plans that start at just $25/month.

You can use the slider to add more emails to your plan. You can also buy prepaid pay-as-you-go email credits if you want. These credits don’t expire and can be used whenever you want.

The pricing for WhatsApp and SMS campaigns works the same way. You can buy credits based on the country where you want to send the SMS or WhatsApp messages to. These credits don’t expire either.

Live Chat Pricing

The Chat feature allows you to add a Live Chat feature to your website. It also allows you to message your customers on chat platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.

You can get started for free if all you want to do is add a chat widget to your website and apps. But it only allows one person to use the tool.

The Sendinblue pricing (Brevo pricing) starts at $15 per month per user if you want all the features. You can add as many Chat users as you want to your account. A Chat user is anyone on your team who communicates with your customers.

The best part about Brevo’s Chat platform is that you aren’t charged for the number of chats or number of customers. This makes it much more affordable than other Live Chat apps that charge you based on the number of customers and users.

The Sales CRM is completely free. There’s no paid plan you need to purchase to get more features. It comes with everything you need to manage your sales pipeline.

You can add all your team members to your account and collaborate with them. The best part about Brevo’s CRM is that it allows you to track an unlimited number of contacts.

Transactional Emails Pricing

Transactional emails are emails that you send your customers programmatically. You can use Brevo’s transactional email service to email your customers order receipts, delivery updates, password reset links, etc. You get 300 emails per day for free when you sign up.

The pricing starts at only $15 per month and allows you to send up to 20,000 emails every month. You can upgrade as you go when you start sending more emails every month. You can also use your email credits if you have purchased any for the marketing platform.
