Users may terminate services through the Client Area. Failure to complete cancellation requests will result in continued fees.
Certain actions may result in immediate termination, including bulk email marketing, use of cracked plugins, hosting of illegal or inappropriate material, or abusive behavior toward Website Rating staff.
Payment processing
Payment processing services for Website Rating are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as an account holder on Website Rating, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Website Rating enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Website Rating accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Website Rating to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

If you cancel your hosting account within the first 30 days of sign-up, we will issue you with a full refund. This allows you a full month to test the quality of our speed, support, and security.
Conditions:
- Service termination requests must be posted through your Client Area or by contacting our support team.
- Automatic billing will occur if you have saved payment details, unless you request cancellation.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first payment for monthly plans and is eligible for a refund. Subsequent hosting renewals are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of abuse of our terms of service policy.
- Cancelling your account and initiating a refund will immediately terminate your hosting account.
